Our Head Teachers

I have worked in education since 2011, starting in a specialist boarding provision for pupils with ASD and EBD, where I developed a strong focus on building positive relationships and meaningful connections with young people. I then moved into a mainstream school in Milton Keynes, leading on Teaching and Learning and completing my NPQML, which strengthened my leadership skills and understanding of school improvement. I have since worked across several trusts, supporting children and families from diverse backgrounds. Since joining InMAT as Deputy Head, I have completed my NPQH, further enhancing my leadership expertise. Living locally has deepened my understanding of the community we serve at Ashby Fields which is an inclusive and thriving school that I am proud to be part of. I am committed to being a strong advocate for every child, ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to flourish, stay curious, and achieve success.
