I am proud to be the Head of School at FHIS, a community I have been part of for the past six years. During that time, I have had the privilege of serving as Assistant Head, Deputy Head, and SENDCo—roles that have deepened my passion for inclusive education and strengthened my commitment to ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and supported. Creating a school where everyone feels welcome, safe, and loved is at the heart of everything I do. I believe that children thrive when they feel happy and secure, and it is our job as educators to nurture their unique personalities, talents, and interests. As an avid reader, I’m passionate about fostering a love of books in children. Reading has the power to transport us, spark our imagination, and open up new worlds—and I want every child to experience that magic. I see our school as a place where curiosity is ignited, learning is joyful, and every child is encouraged to be themselves and reach their full potential.
