It's Time to Celebrate

It's Time to Celebrate!

It's time to celebrate not only the upcoming Jubilee but importantly our personal achievements this term.

There's been a lot going on across the trust during Term 5. We've appointed Mrs Aime James as substantive headteacher at Standens Barn, Miss Lucy Crawford has been appointed Deputy headteacher at The Abbey and Mrs Alison Pullin has been appointed Deputy headteacher at Wollaston. Our congratulations to all of you and we know you will continue to strive to offer an exceptional standard of education to our pupils.

We would also like to say a ‘Huge well done’ to all our Year 6 pupils across the trust schools. This has been the first time since Covid -19 that KS2 SATs have taken place. We know the children enjoyed breakfasts and treats in their schools, and we are very proud of them all. Thank you to all the school staff for your hard work and also to all the parents/carers for your support with remote learning for the past 2 years.

Finally, we know our schools are busy with Jubilee celebrations this week, so please look at our social media accounts for updates. These other experiences are such a vital part of a child’s education. They enrich and develop the whole child and celebrate the diverse communities that we work and live in. These experiences are a joy to be part of and create lifelong memories.

We wish you all a restful half-term break and bank holiday weekend and don't forget to check out our Term 5 newsletter for more celebratory content!
